The day I said these words, I felt them resonate through parts of me I have never felt before - places so deep within. It was like the moment when lightening strikes and the boom of the thunder that fallows reverberates piercing the rain and clouds and into the earth beneath our feet.

In this moment I knew everything had changed.

I had finally taken off the cloak I had worn for so long to blend into the crowd, to go unnoticed. The soul work brought me to this place of healing in order to show up proudly, full size. Hiding is no longer an option and I am here to help you discover the same.

From the Heart and Soul, has always been about living from a place of connection to both ourself and the greater power of the universe. Knowing that we are capable of anything. That we can manifest our dream life and live it every day. I strongly believe we are all unique individuals here to live a life filled with joy. We may loose our way, but if willing, can always find our way back again to this place of empowerment, of standing tall.
