5 Reasons to Try Past Life Regression

Somewhere along the lines in the last few years past life regression caught my attention. I tried it a long time ago and then sort of forgot about it. It has shown up from time to time at different events and workshops I have taken, yet didn't peak my interest until about a year and a half ago when my teacher shared that she would be teaching this for the last time in person.

I jumped in two feet knowing that a live training was what I wanted and it didn't disappoint. Quickly I realized how magical this tool was. Being able to experience the past life in little snippets. It was like watching a movie unfolding showing you the parts of you that needed attention.

This is a meditation style regression with no directing, other than supporting to keep the energy moving and holding space for the receiver to experience. There are a few things I notice when talking about past life regression with clients and students that I felt would be helpful to know...

1. Your body, mind and soul will keep you safe! It will not show you anything you are not ready to see or can't handle.

2. It will help you to discover your true nature over life times, as well as your origins (yes, sometimes they are galactic).

3. Knowing a promise or decision made in strife in a past life, can still affect you in this one. Understand how through this experience.

4. Understanding relationships. Often we have had relationships with those we know in this life time, in past life times too. See one of these lives can help you to understand what is happening now.

5. Overcome fears and blocks. Past lives will often reveal the origin of these.
