Private Sessions

Distance Sessions

Energy can travel over time and space, it is not bound which allows for sessions to be done remotely. These offerings are done, then emailed and include energy work painting, house clearing and animal communication.

Yoga Nidra Club

Where we take rest seriously! Includes a live yoga nidra on the 2nd Friday of every month, as well as a library of recorded nidra that you can do on demand.
