​It all begins with a wish to come to earth and have a human experience, made from a place of pure love and intention. A desire to experience what it means to be human in all its forms. A soul contract made to come, to interact, to experience knowing that our light may dim in order to do so, but agreeing to the journey anyway.

In that moment, you are the purest frequency of you. Filled with love and excitement, there is a plan created and a soul contract signed. Sort of like a choose your own adventure novel, each choice we make writes our story. From conception and the choice of our parents (yes, we pick not them). It unfolds choice by choice, connection by connection. Exit points and story lines - the easy way or the hard, life lessons, relationships, friendships and a lot of emotions.

Learn to tap into your own frequency of creation and how you can use it on your healing journey clearing blocks and old belief systems.

Private Sessions

Explore the different types of private sessions available with Shanel such as a psychic reading, energy work, medical intuition, business intuition, mediumship and past life regression. These are done one on one over zoom and include a recording.

Distance Sessions

Energy can travel over time and space, it is not bound which allows for sessions to be done remotely. These offerings are done, then emailed and include energy work painting, house clearing and animal communication.

We meet 4 times a month for support and mentorship on your spiritual journey. Includes readings, mentoring, nidra and a workshop live every month.

Yoga Nidra Club

Where we take rest seriously! Includes a live yoga nidra on the 2nd Friday of every month, as well as a library of recorded nidra that you can do on demand.
