I have been psychic for as long as I can remember, but as a child it wasn't something I took much notice to. After having my first child, I was drawn back to the magic of connection to my soul and to my spirit. It was at this point that I discovered understanding how I receive messages was an important part of the process. Awareness of how I received messages allowed me to become more aware of them and ultimately deepening my abilities.

Remember you will still receive in many ways, but it is common to have a primary and secondary communication style.
 Also known as "clear seeing". Messages are received through vision such as a picture or movie clip in your minds eye, a dream, shadows or a trick of the eyes to see something in front of you.
Otherwise known as "clear hearing". In this form of communication you hear your messages both physically and/or in your mind's eye. Voices may sound like who the person is sending them or your own voice.
This is the feeling clair. Messages come as sensations, emotions and feelings that are interpreted by the body.
The hardest of the clairs, "clear knowing". Messages come as a deep understanding or knowing. This clair is all about trust.
Now that you know how how you receive divine communication, it's time to connect to your soul and to the divine. Take 10 minutes for yourself. Find a comfortable place to settle in for this meditation. Allow yourself to sink into the unconsciousness and become aware of what you find there.
