Yoga Nidra - guided meditation live on zoom

This class is an opportunity to relax deeply as you listen to a 45 min guided meditation which takes you into the sub conscious mind and back out again.
Nidra is considered the sleepless sleep or psychic sleep. This practice was developed to guide the body into deep relaxation allowing the mind to soften and take a journey. Whether brand new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this practice is for you.
You will need to find a quiet spot where you won’t be disturbed. Traditionally Nidra is practiced in savasana (laying on your back on the floor), but please find whatever position you can get comfortable in for approx. an hour.
P.S. It’s common to fall asleep, but don’t worry you will still get everything you need from the practice.
