Yoga Nidra - guided meditation live on zoom - PWYC

This class is an opportunity to relax deeply as you listen to a 45 min guided meditation which takes you into the sub conscious mind and back out again.
Nidra is considered the sleepless sleep or psychic sleep. This practice was developed to guide the body into deep relaxation allowing the mind to soften and take a journey. Whether brand new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this practice is for you.
You will need to find a quiet spot where you won’t be disturbed. Traditionally Nidra is practiced in savasana (laying on your back on the floor), but please find whatever position you can get comfortable in for approx. an hour.
P.S. It’s common to fall asleep, but don’t worry you will still get everything you need from the practice.

One more message from a loved one who has crossed is a precious gift. Join me for an evening of connection to spirit where I channel the words of your friends and family in a gallery style or group reading. Although there is no guarantee everyone will receive a reading, often everyone does.
What to expect: We sit together in a group, usually in a circle but sometimes in rows. We start with a moment of silence to welcome the loved ones we would like to hear from, giving thanks for them sharing with us. Then I begin to channel the mediumship readings. The loudest spirit gets heard first - that doesn't mean they were necessarily loud when here on earth, just that they want to go first. I continue to share little messages until there are no more spirits left. If there is time, I check in to see if anyone who did not get a message would like me to connect to someone.
Small group guaranteed reading sessions will happen on the 2nd Friday of every month. This sitting is limited to 8 people.

Are you wondering which way to go in life? Let your past life guide you. In this months session we will be focusing on the energy of 2025.
Join me for group past life regression. Using relaxation and deep meditation you will drift into a past life which gave you some of your greatest powers in this life time. This practice will allow you to experience the lifetime in a way that gives you insight into your power, why you were gifted them and how they will relate to this lifetime.
We finish up this meditation with an opportunity to connect with your spirit guides who share their wisdom and gifts.
Things to know:
- anyone can do this practice
- your mind will keep you safe, not allowing you to see things you can't handle
- healing and closure happens throughout the session
How to prepare:
- make sure you have somewhere with good wifi signal
- find a comfortable place where you can lean back and relax
- make sure there is a place to put your camera as I still need to see your face
- have a second device to record your voice - video or audio
*During the session you will be muted, but can speak to be able to record what you are sensing in your session. This helps with the flow of your session and allows you to have something to go back to review afterward. Camera's will be left on so I am able to monitor everyone's progress.
Past Life Regressions will happen the last Wednesday of every month at 8pm EST on zoom. Limited to 15 participants.
