I spent a large part of my life trying to blend into the back ground. Shrinking to fit in and to make everyone else comfortable. Compromising who I was and my own feelings. Always feeling like I was being suffocated.  Knowing that I was destined for more and dreaming for a life that felt like freedom, yet stuck in the chaos constantly looking for clarity and direction. A commitment to change was made. A dedication to healing and growth that still goes on. Lifting layer by layer to discover  me and to figure out how to show up full size, unapologetically and authentically myself. Each step deepening my connection to heart and soul, but also to an energy source much greater than myself. Learning to surrender to the flow of the universe and the power, grace and freedom that is felt there. A spiritual journey, that I now share with you. 

Everyone is unique and must discover what works for them on this adventure we call life. The practices we cultivate to deepen our own spiritual awareness, our connection to ourselves and to the path we walk will be individual. My goal here is always to support you on this journey of self discovery sharing my experiences, wisdom and messages from the other side. It is about all of us rising up, as there is more than enough to go around so that everyone wins.

Life can be hard. There are many obstacles that will appear when we choose to walk a spiritual path. In the thick of it, finding clarity and direction can be challenging. Come prepared with any questions or things you want to address, but trust the universe always knows what we need in the moment. And of course, be prepared to do the soul work afterward as this is where the deeper healing begins.

Surrender to the stillness to heal.
Moving energy through the body to recognize pain or injury brings more clarity to our direction. We become available to receive the messages and lessons these places hold. It opens us up to a new awareness, removing blocks and welcoming healing. 

Distance work - energy can move over time and space to be used in the right moment for you, but also over and over again. You will receive a distance healing session,  a watercolour of your personal energy session , and of course a detailed email telling you how to receive this healing session.

Live sessions - done over zoom, get situated in a comfortable place where you can close your eyes and settle into the stillness. After a short conversation around what is happening for you, we will dive into a healing session.

Your body's job is to stay in balance. Let it share how.
This tool is like closed captioning for your body. In the scan, the innate intelligence of your body speaks. It has no agenda, other than to stay in a place of balance. They body will not diagnose, but it will speak to the issues and where they are. A medical intuition scan can help to discover the root cause of health concerns, as well as direct you toward a solution. 

The scan is done remotely. Then a follow up session is booked to review the scan over zoom. A recording of the follow up session, along with pictures of the scan will be shared.

They may not speak our language, but they have a lot to say.
​Giving a voice to our furry, scaly and feathered friends gives you a glimpse into all the things they need you to know. Discover where their behaviour issues stem from, health issues, their rescue story or even their favourite activities and treats. This can be a powerful tool to giving your pet their best life.

Sometimes we sense there is something off in our living space or even work space. A clearing can help you to understand where and why the energy is off, as well as shifting that energy to feel lighter and brighter.

These sessions are done distance with an email to follow up with the results. On booking you will email a picture of the home.
