When I teach yoga one of the foundational poses we do is Mountain Pose or Tadasana. It is the practice of standing tall and balanced. It is this beautiful place to move from where we feel our strength and stability rooted in ourselves.
We rarely take the opportunity to just stand in this pose. Often people are anxious to move to the next thing. Or too busy to be present and feel it. But this week, you are being encouraged to take time like a mountain. Connect to yourself, the earth and to the heavens as you move through your week.
